Wooden Carved Man Smoking Pipe Estate Find Folk Art

  

This carved figure stands 10" tall and measures 3 1/4" x 2 1/4 at the base. I was told this could be a black forest piece out of Germany. There is a stamp on the bottom but I cannot read what it says. As always, if you have any questions, just ask!
