Antique Hand Carved Wood Folk Art Mary Joseph & Jesus Statues Christian Blessed

  

Three beautifully hand-carved olive wood statues- one of Joseph which is about 11.75" tall, one of the Virgin Mary or Madonna with child which stands at about 11.5" tall, and I believe the third is Jesus as an adult (originally I thought maybe it was Moses) which is about 10.5 in height. All hand carved in a 3D style with smooth backs and a hook to hang if you desire them as wall hangings. They can also be stood up like regular statues however and displayed that way. These pieces, among a few others, came from the estate of an older priest who happened to be a good friend of mine.

He wanted to spread the healing and love and faith- it was important to him. He travelled a lot to different monasteries and churches and had many relics and items that were blessed at Mt Athos in Greece and at the Vatican in Rome among other places.

I want some of the items I received from him to find new homes to protect and comfort and contribute to good causes as well. Please see all photos and ask any questions.
