Hello and welcome to another of our listings. Today for your consideration is this very nice, unusual, double sided folk art sculpture depicting girl on one side and boy on other. Possibly educational figurine showing difference in human body. Based on my best knowledge this sculpture was made in late 19th century.

Approximately 8 1/4 inches tall. Articulated body in working order. Carved from light wood and possibly from pine wood.

One foot damaged and as pictured. One dollar note was placed for size comparison. Please check detailed pictures because they van describe better than I can.
