A Rare early 1900s Americana folk art "Patience Bottle" from what I can find on the history of this is it was hand crafted by a inmate in a Vermont prison unknown name, the master craftsman of this whimsey bottle. Intricate hand-carved Sawmill mechanism with a tooth saw wheel, thread, wrapped spools, small mirror, and four (4) paper angel scrap pictures. It has the original hand carved wooden top stopper that can be removed if you turn the stopper to reveal a small picture on the handle. The bottle is heavy square glass bottle with a X molded on the bottom.
Condition the glass is incredible shape for his age. I don't see any chips, cracks or breaks in the bottle. Inside carvings are all sturdy and stable. Top of the wooden stopper is missing a hand that holds a book in it.
