Vintage Whirligig is a fun American piece, depicting a woman pumping water. A trough, 2 horses and a tree. 2 wood blades are missing, but still works, one. Arm missing on the lady Combination painted wood and metal. 24 3/8" long 18" tall to top of blades, 9 tall to top of tree.
