2 ANTIQUE Primitive FOLK Carved Wood TRAMP ART Pyramid Pedestal Lidded Boxes. 2 ANTIQUE TRAMP ART BOXES. Wonderful pair of matching antique primitive pine tramp art boxes, each measuring about 5" tall and 4-1/2" square.

Featuring stacked layers of notched and graduated decorative applied carving in a stylized pyramid design, they stand on pedestal feet and are complete with matching lids. Accented with little brass studs on the four side points and carved wood finials, they were made of old cigar boxes as shown on the interior. Condition is slightly primitive with loss of a small section on the edge of one foot - does not impact ability to stand and when positioned with this section to the back, cannot be seen. All in all a wonderful matching pair of antique tramp art pyramid shape boxes box - so perfectly primitive - they are visually interesting with wonderful folk art appeal.
