For sale is a HAND CARVED Red Coho Salmon advertising piece on two chains. This is a detailed piece of FOLK ART. This is LARGE piece measuring 28" long and approximately 10" tall. Body is a one piece of hand carved wood. Tail is slightly curved making the fish appear as though its swimming.

7 fins (excluding tail) are metal inserts. Two eye hooks on the top for chains to hang from. Paint shows a wonderful patina with some alligatoring, etc. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND PIECE. A few spots show repair; Mainly tip of "beak".

There is also a small chip to tail fin which has been secured. Overall this is a gorgeous piece of someones personal vision and would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
