Almost looks like a headdress. Currently it sits on a professionally made base. The base is from American Primitive formerly a gallery in NYC. It has a hole drilled into the bottom of the stone. A neat piece of outsider / folk art.
Would work in lots of settings, a country one or a modern art setting. About 14 inches tall on the stand. Stone itself is 12 inches tall. 11 and 1/4 inches wide. About 6 inches deep at its deepest.
Weighs about 33 pounds with the stand. Condition: Has some scratches and wear marks. Only real damage is loss to the tip of the nose. No modern touch ups or modern repairs. Only modern change is the base drilled for the stand.
Stand has lots of wear. Could stand to be repainted. See photos and video to determine condition.
