Vintage 70s Carved Wooden Snake from India 16 Tall Folk Art Creepy Impressive

  

This is a strikingly large and detailed carved wooden cobra snake, most likely hand made in India in the early 1970s. This design is infrequently seen, and this is the largest one I've ever heard of.

16" tall and 14" at its widest point, the snake also has its original eyes and metal tongue, which are often broken. This object was lovingly kept and exhibits no scratches or dents.
