Antique Folk Art Noah's Ark. A beautiful naive folk art Noah's Ark dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. The ark has been in a renowned private collection for a number of years and is a very good example of these highly collectable Noah's Ark pieces. It is handmade and hand painted with some aged repairs.

It has 25 assorted animals and Noah and his wife. Some of the animals do have some damage and two do not stand up correctly.

The animals included are: 2 elephants, 2 kangaroos, 3 oxen, 2 camels, 2 horses, 1 bird, 1 sheep, 1 pig, 2 dogs, 2 giraffe (one with part of leg missing), 2 zebra (one with part of back legs broken), 2 donkeys (one with chipped ears), 2 lions (one with foots missing), plus 1 animal that we cannot identify.
