Great c1916 Folk Art Carved Wood & Painted German Longhaired Pointer Dog A. M. F

  
Original c1916 American folk art hand carved wood & artist painted full bodied German Longhaired Pointer dog. The piece has very nice detail and has a label on the bottom Rowley 1903 - 1916 A. I believe the carving is of the family dog named "Rowley".

9 1/4" long x 5 1/2" high x 3 1/4 wide at base. It is in very good original condition with very little wear consistent with its age, the tail looks to have been carved separately and attached (see last photo).
