This is an Original Hand Carved Anthony Costanza Halloween Folk Art Witch with Cinderella Mask. This piece takes the juxtaposition on Halloween dress up. All of Tony's Witches have a tendency to look like Tony himself, blue eyed and kindly.

They always wear red shoes. Maybe Dorothy didn't have the last laugh after all, or a mad sale at the witches mart.

Perfect for the Halloween collector! This is "NOT" a captured carving or reproduction. This is an original piece carved by the artist. Tony carves each piece by hand without the use of power tools. He uses wood chisels, X-acto knives, and the occasional hammer and larger molding chisel for oak pieces.

Then he hand paints and finishes each piece. Most of Tonys carvings are from vintage white cedar fence posts you see alongside country roads in Wisconsin as well as found wood. The imperfections and fissures in the wood are natural imperfections. Please ask questions if you have them, I will happily send more photos. She is 16 3/4" tall and 3 1/2" wide.
