Measures approximately 13 1/2" long head to tail, 7" tall. It has "OSBORN" stamps in it. This decoy belonged to former Michigan Governor, C.

Sugar Island which is located in the St. Marys River between the Upper Peninsula and Ontario, and the neighboring Duck Island were beloved by Osborn, who remains the only governor from the Upper Peninsula.
