Wood carving signed and dated, 1998. An early original Snowman with birds created by Greg Guedel. Measuring 8" height x 4 1/2" width x 1 1/2 depth. Greg Guedel majored in painting at the Art Institute of Chicago, and later ventured into woodcarving after receiving a surprise gift of knives and chisels in 1993.

He combines his love of painting and wood carving to create these characters: sure to delight both child and collector alike.
