Gary Yost, an American Folk Artist, created this amazing piece of Uncle Sam and is now available. Made of forked tree branch and delightfully carved, seems to bring a spark of magic to the room, as he sways on his stick figure legs.

The Uncle Sam we know best was born of the acid pen of political cartoonist Thomas Nast in the 1870s. In the roughly carved Uncle Sams of primitive artist Gary Yost, there is more than a little of Nast's gift for caricature and satirical undertone. We are in the Las Vegas area, and can be easily arranged from any of the surrounding states.
