Folk Art Ayrshire Milk Cow Larry Koosed 2007 Hand Carved & Painted

  
Hand carved and hand painted. Signed by Larry Koosed & Dated 2007. This Ayrshire Milk Cow is absolutely stunning! She measures 12" long and stand 8" tall. She is painted in very lifelike colors of the breed, brown and white.

Signed inside the back leg, L. Upon close inspection, I only noted a minor tiny scuff to the paint on her hip and a line on her leg where the leg meets the body when the carver assembled her parts for carving. This is in the paint only, and is viewable in my photos. Larry Koosed is a well known carver in rural Ohio and is known for his beloved and whimsical farm animal carvings. I have other Koosed pieces currently listed, another cow and a goat.
