Offering this 8-1/2 extremely rare antique folk art hand held bedpost doll. Hand carved with wonderful surface paint. Chiseled facial features carved wooden shoulder head with bedpost-shaped head and rounded shoulder plate, on original wooden hollow tube with wooden base, having painted black hair with shaded detail, painted facial features, defined throat, the base with hand-painted decorative details in worn paint detail to simulate a bunting blanket.
