A lovely pair of 19th century pineapple folk art carved wood finials. They are carved with amazing and skillful detail. Notice all the depth and three dimensional features on these beauties. They are wonderfully made out of one piece of carved wood, including the fine turned bases on which they rest.

At some point they were removed from a stair baluster or some other decorative display. They are in the original dark stained and varnished surfaces. Both are great and would stand alone as interesting display pieces.

The condition is excellent with some minor loss to the stained surface and a few scuffs. They measure 8 1/2" high, and are 4 1/4" at the base.
