There is a very large wooden fan in front a white bow tied around the support post, and a ball and cage carving near the bottom.
In the back of the bottle are three additional carved fans; one is medium sized, and the other two are smaller fans. In the middle of this Whimsy is a wooden plaque with the words "Bless the Lord O My Soul" written on it, and the wooden base has the words "God Is Love" written on the front. There are four carved wooden animals on the base; two rabbits, and two squirrels on podiums. Under the base and written in pencil is, "Daniel Rose, Johnstown, PA" and the date May 15, 1919.
