This is an old piece!!! Antique tramp art box in original condition. Dated with brass plate "1898". There are some scrapes and nicks, a few broken edges, some old dust and torn interior. This is a piece of history. The highlights: Brass claw feet and ormalu adornment/hardware, monogrammed top, red velvet bottom, black velvet top with monogram.

This is a locking box but the lock does not work/there is no key. The interior was left as found but could be removed for better presentation. Approximate size 6.5"X11.5"X4.5. Recently had it valued by an appraiser trained with Christie's.
