Description: 12/47/ 12/13/ book # 477. Vintage Artisan Minimalist Abstract Carved Wood Mother and Child floor Sculpture, 41Inches tall. Carved and polished to a black sheen. A beautiful quality piece of art hand sculpted. This is a tall impressive sculpture of a woman and child, done from one piece of wood with a wood and metal base attached to the bottom.

The metal part of the base consists of 3 brass bars. You can see the modern way the sculptor styles and blends her and the child as one. The mother bending and reaching to lift the child up.

The statue is 41" tall x 9" wide and 6 Deep. There is no artist signature on the piece so unsure of the maker or country of origin. Made of Wood and Solid Brass Bars on the bottom. Great pre-owned used condition, no breaks or repairs, there are nicks, scuffs, all appropriate wear for its age.
