VERY RARE! Victorian Antique Tramp Folk Art Rattle Carved Wood Crown Of Thorns

  
This is an xtremely rare example of a Victorian antique wooden Folk Art rattle. Made in the Crown of Thorns style. Completely empty on the inside - the sound comes from the individual hand-carved interlocking pieces "rattling" off each other. I don't know the type of wood it is made of for the handle you can see the carving marks! Item is in great shape for its age.

There looks to be a piece missing at the top and a slight split on the handle. Nice and tight with no fragile pieces. ALL offers will be respectfully considered!
