Monumental Vintage Folk Art Carved Wood Bust Sculpture US Military Two Star General. A monumental and striking carved wood bust of an American military general. Carved out of one massive solid piece of wood with a unique folk art panache and then lacquered.

Has myriad interesting characteristics like appelets that indicate he's a two star general, various badges, and unique shaped nose and ears to give it a personal touch. Badge says his name was Caro, and additional text was added that says "Ruby MX PR Love" on his left side and "Gregory" on his right side. Measures 24in tall x 21in wide x 9in deep. Excellent vintage condition, a few tight cracks as pictured which is expected for a piece of wood.

Some spots of missing lacquered finish as pictured but all in all shows very well.
