Signed hand carved wooden fish decoy by Mark Bruning, Michigan. Large brook trout style carving with painted green body, yellow and blue spotting, red lower side, red fins, dark tail, and metal eyelet on top.

Measures approximately 21 1/2" long x 8" tall. The decoy has a nice folk art look with detailed painted surface and carved form. It displays well from either side and includes the small painted stand shown in photos. Underside is signed Mark Bruning, with Michigan noted.

Condition is good overall with typical handmade character, paint wear, scuffs, and surface marks from age/display. There is some paint loss and rub wear visible, especially along fins, edges, belly, and underside. Please see all photos for exact condition.
