Chainsaw Carved Cardinal Red Bird Wood Carving Art Rustic Home Decor Birds

  

This cardinal was carved using a chainsaw and powertools. It is carved from white pine and sealed with spar urethane. The dimensions are in the photos.

This piece can be kept indoors or outdoors, but if kept outside I recommend keeping it in a cool shaded location and out of the elements like under a covered porch. Since this is a wood carving a bit of cracking may occur as it ages. Cracking is a common and natural occurrence in wood.
